Hello! My name is Ashley Tiller (she/her) and I am grateful to be completing my internship at Couch of HOPE. I am currently completing my Master of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I bring seven years of social services experience working in the gender-based violence sector, residential recovery settings, and in harm reductive shelter environments.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where you feel heard, respected, and free to show up as your authentic self. My therapeutic orientation is deeply informed by person-centered and trauma-informed principles and integrates cognitive-behavioural and psychodynamic approaches. Above all, I believe in the importance of walking alongside you at your own pace, honouring your unique strengths, and supporting you through your journey of healing and self-exploration.
